It is the foundation of all dance. Students are highly encouraged to study it first or along with other dance forms.
Pointe
This class is for advancement in the technique of Pointe work. Students must be 10 years old, proficient to a certain level of ballet, and have the recommendation of a teacher for admission to this class.

Jazz
Stylized and technical form of dance that requires a ballet foundation.
Hip-Hop
Structured form of street dance often found in music videos. It is designed to teach coordination, strength, quickness, agility and endurance.
Leaps & Turns Technique
Technique and stretching class that concentrates on flexibility, strengthening, turns and jumps.
Strength & Conditioning
This is a high-intensity class that combines cardio, strength training and yoga styles to help build strength and endurance to students 10 years old and up.
Tap
Develops rhythm, musicality and coordination. Dancers will practice rhythmic patterns and combinations with tap shoes.
Jazzy Poms
Pom is a mixture of kicks, ripples, and precise arm placements put to popular music.
Dance Combo
& Pre-Dance
Designed to prepare children for upper level classes. It combines several techniques to introduce the children to many forms of dance.
Modern
Contemporary form of dance that educates the student in terms of moving through space dynamically. Modern dance requires a ballet foundation. Improvisation is also covered in this class.
Playhouse Dance
Designed to prepare children for upper level classes. It combines several techniques to introduce the children to many forms of dance.
